After the successful submission of your claim, Marco Polo Club Service Centre will confirm the lounge pass with you by phone or email.

Members may use Asia Miles to redeem Cathay Pacific lounge access even if they are not travelling on Cathay Pacific, Cathay Dragon or oneworld airlines.
